The promise to Senko. Lacey vs. Kaida.

-Lacey runs down the hallway, the torches flickering with her shadow coming in and out of shape against the walls. Kaida is close, so close that it becomes Lacey's adrenaline to run faster. Then in an instant the door in which Kaida is behind. Lacey has done it, her showdown with Kaida has arrived.-

The black dragon jumps up and wraps his wings around me to protect me.

-Lacey, able to keep a constant lock on Kaida through her Eagle Eye, appears inside of the black dragon with Kaida.- "I've saved this jutsu just for this moment!" -Lacey's sword glows. She suddenly begins slashing 100 times per second at Kaida. She had cast her feather sword jutsu. She slashed for 5 seconds, her sword swift and precise. She slashed all atound herself, scarring up the dragon as well.-

When the first slash hits me I explode. The dragon jumped back as I jumped out of a cloud of smoke and kicked your head. When my feet touched the floor I stabbed you in your stomach with a kunai

-Lacey continued to slash with the jutsu. Any move Kaida makes Lacey is too fast for, slicing Kaida for getting to close.- "GIVE HER BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The dragon's tail hits you and pins you against a wall, making sure you can't move your arms "This girl is really starting to annoy me," the dragon said "You're not the only one," I said and formed a handsign with one hand, soon all my injuries were healed. The dragon took your sword away and broke it "Senko didn't fully explain Kaida's situation did he," I asked

-Lacey nodded no as she saw sensed something but didnt say anything.- "No, no he didnt..."

"You fighting me doesn't really help Kaida. I get weaker she get's weaker and if she gets any weaker she dies," I said smirking "The one thing that could've saved her has been delt with," the dragon said "So go ahead, fight me all you want. you're actually helping me," I said

"Then I tell you what, you give me one shot to rescue her. If I can't I'll make sure Senko never returns for her..." -Lacey sighs as she says this.-

Thats not the fireball i remember -senko walked in blood on his mouth and his arm banged up as he pants in the doorway from his fight with trigon and at the same time arturo appeared with rachel on his back- ehehehe seems the gangs all here....-he walked towards them stumbling alittle from the injection still messing with his head alittle- if i lost kaida then i dont deserve to be standing here...but as long as i live i will try to get her back!

-Lacey hears his voice. Her sensei. The one who calmed her when no one else could. Her heart toughens as his words pour into her. Then her mom showed up, beaten from the battle she had with Haruko. Lacey realized then that she could win. She takes her stance.-

-senko closes his eyes and transfers his chakra into lacey as she gets into a stance-

-Lacey feels the surge from Senko's chakra. She begins to glow with chakra.-

I sigh and shake my head "This is getting annoying," I said then looked at Senko "I'm a little surprised to see you still alive. This means you either killed Trigon or he escaped." I would assume the latter, I don't think this boy is capable enough to kill him," the dragon said "Seems we're a bit outnumbered," I said looking everyone over.

-Lacey's chakra is exploding through the roof. She begins to step forward towards Kaida.- "I will free her!" -Lacey suddenly warps herself. She is back in the room where Kaida is trapped inside of the intruders body thanks to her blood being infused in the lab.- "Kaida, when you free yourself from this, find your way back to us!" -Lacey takes her sword and thrusts it into the vines consuming Kaida. All the mixed chakra thrusts itself into the vine and an explosion occurs. Lacey is then thrust back out of the body and into the room with everyone. The vines however weaken. There is a crack that occurs from within. Lacey is outside breathing heavily.- "I tried but I didn't get to see the result."

I scream and drop to my knees holding my head, the dragon roars in pain. My breathing was shallow "L-Lacey, Senko," I said weakly

-Lacey's eyes widen as she hears the voice of Kaida. She gets up slowly as she looks towards her.-

-I look on amazed at my daughters growth. Did she really just attempt such a power combination of jutsu? I then turn my attention to Kaida.- "......."

"Why are you all here," I asked, my voice still very weak

-Lacey looks at her.- "We came here to rescue you...." -Lacey takes a step towards Kaida.-

"Please don't come near me, it's not safe," I said tearing up "You shouldn't have come here."

-Lacey stops.- "Why??!! Your being possessed..." -Lacey takes one more step forward.-

"Nothing can be done to save me but there is a way to stop Hanaka," I said. Blade appeared behind me "Don't you even think about suggesting that," he said then looked at you "I've looked everywhere for Trigon, he's long gone."

"Kaida....tell me what it is that has to be done...and I'll do it..." -Lacey says.-

"You have to kill me...," I said looking up at you, I was dead serious "Kaida Reiken you have officially lost your mind," Blade said "If I die she dies, then she won't hurt anyone anymore and Trigon will lose an akatsuki member," I said tossing you my sword "Do you even hear yourself, do you know what you're asking of us," Blade said

-Lacey grabs the sword, her eyes widening as she looks dead into the eyes of Kaida's.- "There has to be another way..."

"I wish there was," I said "You're insane," Blade yelled "Lacey drop that sword." "There's no other way," I said "There has to be," Blade said
