Okay, I'm getting tired of always guessing the other character's techniques so I'm suggesting this since only a few people use them.
"Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku!!"
Okay, so how the hell would you know what it does or what it's capable of doing? True, you can describe it in your post, BUT, it will still create some confusion on the part of the opponent. Now, if you used spoiler box, then it wouldn't be a problem.
See? Complete details. This allows the other members to fully understand and imagine what the jutsu looks like, and will then be able to find some weakness in the jutsu, thus, creating a good RP game.
In case you don't know how to use spoilers, here:
So, you click the POST REPLY or go to the bottom page of the topic and you'll see the QUICK REPLY to post something. Then, type your message.
Highlight the texts you want to enclose in a spoiler box.
Now, you'll see in the upper task commands the Bold Italicized Underline Strikethrough etc. functions. You'll find a function saying "OTHERS". Click that and something will pop out saying index, exponent, etc. Click the SPOILER
and should obtain something like this:
[ spoiler ] (your message here) [ / spoiler ]
and that's it. it's already enclosed in a spoiler box when you send it.
Easy right? and more organized.

- Spoiler:
- Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku [Tornado Whirlwind Leg]
The user focuses chakra into their feet and then leaps up into the air, twisting their body and expelling the chakra so that they do a hurricane spinning type motion with one leg outstretched to kick the opponent repeatedly.
