    Description: Handseals Required. This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping maw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a rapid flowing river that carries the enemy away. Virtually Inescapable. The only way one could escape is to use the same ranked tech of waters weakness. Which is an Earth Release of A rank or higher. 6 Post Cooldown.

    The size of the snake itself is 60 ft. long and 5 ft. wide. It can maw/ crush down on the enemy with the same force as 200 lbs. dropped from a three story building. It wraps and squeezes with twice the force of a real anaconda snake.The river flows as fast as the highest level of water rapids.

    Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. If damage is dealt directly, the dragon has the same force as a spear thrown with enough force to pierce through iron. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the ninja's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is any water. The amount of water used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. The basic, standard size is 30 ft. It can maximize 100 ft if the user is around enough water. The larger the dragon, the harder it is to dodge. Handseals. Cooldown of 4 posts.

    Special Jounin if their primary element is water, can create the dragon without any water around only ONCE. Jounin and up for everyone else still, only ONCE.

    If a ninja were to maximize the size of the dragon, here is what is required per rank. An ocean for chuunin. A lake for Special Jounin w/o water as primary. A River for jounin and s. Jounin with primary element being water. Can create at maximum size only ONCE without any water around. The next attempt needs a river.

Requires one post to charge, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. This jutsu can be used up to five times a topic.

    Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. The water cylinder is 8 metres high and 2 metres thick, S rank fire jutsu can break this wall, A rank fire type jutsu are weakened by 25 percent, B rank fire justu's are weaken by 50 percent and C or lower type fire justu's are completely repeled. C Rank jutsu and higher are capable of completely penetrating through unscaved. B or higher lightning justu are can also break the this justu completly. Weapons like swords and kunai are not very affected due to the volume of water that the user creates kunai and other throwing eapons would be completly stoped due to water density and swords that are reduced in swinging power by 40 percent due to thickness and density of the water.

    Requires Hand Seals and last 3 Posts with a cool down of 4 posts.

    Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses enough power to considerably injure an opponent.. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. Each about the size of a softball, shooting at a speed of 65 mph. The effects change when how much chakra is put into it changes. As follows:
    10 chakra: Softball sized waterballs, Contusions, 5 'bullets'
    This jutsu has a 3 post cooldown.

    Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The maximum amount of clones is 6. This clone is destroyed in a single blow, and has a 3 post cooldown.

    Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Raiton jutsu used on the sphere(C rank or above) will damage the user, more damage with higher ranks. This happens due to the electricity travelling into the users arm. Lasts 5 posts or until disrupted, 5 post cooldown.

    Description: The muscles of the arm are temporarily enlarged and strengthened. Moisture is gathered from the whole body and compressed into the entire arm, like an instant pump-up. However, because it is essential to properly control the moisture balance inside the body, this technique's degree of difficulty is rather high. The technique gives the user superhuman strength, capable of breaking through both rock walls(6 inches thick) and steel doors(3 inches thick). This jutsu can be cut off before the maximum duration is reached. The weakness to this is that lightning jutsu injures the user due to the arm being filled with water. If the opponent is hit directly with this arm, it can break bones. D rank jutsu can disable the arm for 2 posts, C can disable it for five, and B or above can destroy the arm completely. Can only be used on one arm at a time, lasts 5 posts, and has a 3 post cooldown

    Description: Rather than hand seals the user charges chakra into their palm for the same time it would normally take them to perform a B rank jutsu. This technique requires the user to have at least 5 gallons of water within 10 feet of them, a Jounin or higher rank shinobi is able to create this technique without using external water once per topic. Taking the water the user creates a five foot long sword in their hand, it appears to be a sharpened cylinder of flowing water but due to the chakra mixed into it it has a hardness equal to steel strength and can also be broken by B rank Doton techniques. This jutsu can extinguish up to A rank katon techniques it somes into contact with and has the cutting edge to cut through flesh but stops at bone. This sword breaks after ten strikes. Cool down of seven posts after breaking.

    Description: Charge equal to hand seals, the user requires two things to use this technique, a weapon at least two feet in length (this is to prevent it being used with kunai and other tiny weapons) and a large supply of water nearby (within 15 feet of the user). After the user has charged their chakra into the weapon they plan to use (weapon must be held in hand the entire time) the water starts circling around the blade and grows larger until it reaches maximum size. The user then swings the weapon like normal with no sensation of added weight to use this whirlpool as an extension to the normal range of their attack. The whirlpool is six feet across at its widest point. This whirlpool acts as a rotating buzz saw made of tempered steel, able to slice through iron (up to two inches) and break bones if slammed into them. If slammed down on top of someone the force can break the person that was hit's legs, a side swipe will possibly break someone's ribs and throw them in addition to cutting any part of the body that it came into contact with the force of being slammed with this would launch people anywhere from twenty to thirty-five feet away. The slicing gashes that this does to people on contact are an inch and a half deep. This coating of suiton on the weapon lasts for two posts with a seven post cool down.

    Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from their mouth. This liquid can cover a 35 feet in diameter field . If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance, the amount of chakra needed would be equivalent to the amount of chakra used for the jutsu, 20 chakra. The user however does not have to focus chakra to their feet to hover. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts with a cooldown of 6.

    Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. This turns into a wave when the user spews an amount of water from their mouth, which expands into a giant wave of water, rolling forward at the opponent. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed(80 MPH), and attack the enemy, if swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterwards, the water remaining can be used for suiton techniques(This also applies for enemies who wish to use the water) As it is a B rank, this move can only create a small lake (30x30x30 yards). Doton, being waters weakness can defeat the move. C rank will weaken it considerably, and B rank and above will nullify the move. D rank and below will have no effect.
    The proper amount of handseals will be needed for the users rank. This jutsu has a cooldown of 10 posts, and can only be used twice per topic.

    Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a powerful shark, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. If damage is dealt directly, the shark has enough force to pierce through iron on inanimate objects and can snap bones it rams into head on and fracture them severely if a partial hit lands. In addition the user can enter the head of the shark to move along just as quickly as the jutsu does. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the ninja's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there isnt any water. The amount of water used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. Special Jounin if their primary element is water, can create the shark without any water around only ONCE. Jounin and up for everyone else still, only ONCE. Using the technique will form the water in the area (or the water created by the technique if the ninja's skill levels allows it to be done this way) that is ten feet long and seven feet across. This shark is able to move around within a 200 foot range (100 foot radius) from where it was created. The shark can move at approximately 30 miles per hour. After 2 rounds the shark will turn back into normal water even if it hasnt hit anything. Is the user is riding the shark and is hit by a raiton tech that technique is increased by one rank in power, if the shark is hit by at least B rank doton it is destroyed. Hand seals. Cool down of 4 posts.
