do I have to descrice exactly what the water in water infusion does?

uhmm. me has the water infusion.. and i basically wrap it on my weapons (usually the senbon) to form it into an instant syringe for my (illusionary) medical missions.. lol :)

Zetsu be more specific? What would you be infusing the water with? Then I can answer the question better

-Ichi sat by the lake, thinking of how he can infuse the water into that of a perfect orb. He arose, pushing off of the ground as he did. On his way up, he extended his arms out to their fullest just outside of shoulder length. Ichi takes a deep breath for concentration and begins to part the waters to his will. As the water began to form to his liking he increased his output of chakra. With one exhalation of his deep breath, he was finished. The water was in a perfect orb, glistening in its own glory.

That only took me five minutes to create. See how much more is going on in the post? It has more life and your character has way more depth to him.

Revising jutsu is something that will come soon as well. This is so that all jutsu are properly described and no more one liner jutsu descriptions

Do I have to revise Goshin's jutsu list? I took the Narutopedia article for every jutsu listed for the description
