Issue of Village Control

This suggestion is only for the ninja world.

As you can see, there have been alot of ninjas joining the Konohagakure. Mostly are high ranking ninjas. However, we have six (edited since I thought it's five) other villages aside from Konoha, and it's already turning out that the ninja world is focusing in Konohagakure since other villages need ninjas of their own while the leaf have plenty.

At the same time, genin and chuunin exams will also be nice to have in play. Ninja academies and senseis.

So, I suggest that every new comer who wishes to be a jounin must choose a village other than Konoha. But, if they really want to join the leaf village, then they have to start off as genins or academy students.


Also, to avoid confusion and mistakes, kages can post a Sticky topic in their own village forum, the details about their village, like who are the members, and stuff they would want to add so that we can check easily if a certain ninja is from this and that village. (Characters that are not ninjas with villages are not included in the list.). With this, we can also easily count the numbers of ninjas in a certain village, so that we can organize the new comers if they wish to join an overpopulated village.

We would really want balance villages, since it would be boring if Konoha gets all the ninjas.

I agree, its a good idea. Kei and I were discussing the same topic last night, but you summed it up better than I could. XD

I currently have alot of suggestions, but I'll suggest this for the mean time. After it's been done, then I'll proceed to another. Is that okay?
