Administrator Moderator change

Soooooo... uhmmm...
I propose a change in the list of administrators and moderators...
we have too many administrators and only a little of approving and changing is being made. not that i have any bad things against those. but personally, i think its just too much....
like for example, we need administrator updates...
or the administrator list of duties...

imma give some, for example.. (i got this idea from another site i rp in..)

something like that. i know im just a junior mod, but really, i think we need to improve stuff on here... also i think we need to cut down the list of admins.. also cuz like they all are labeled as so, and we dont know what they are specializing in.. my idea goes like this,

Head Admin (1)
Supporting Admin/s (1-2)
Global Moderators (2)
Junior Moderator (1)

thats it.. also i suggest to give admin positions to those who are super active and have lots of ideas on stuff, especially improvement and updates.
the list might seem short but i guess its ok, but further improvement in the site might need more..

Ravine, I know where this came from lol. As much as we are trying to change here, this is one that will be done towards the end of the process. However, I only want our site to be like anothers in terms of quality of our descriptions when it comes to registration and posting. However the idea is good none the less. Thank you for the suggestion. Maybe as reward for the suggestion, I give you the opportunity to give our staff a name?

but i still do wish to cut and change the number of current administrators. cuz lets face it, about almost half of the active people are admins... lol xD

nice.. ^^ although the numbers for each category should be altered.

Head Admin is always the founder of the site whatever happens.. so that would be Senko automatically..

supporting admins should be at least 2... at least one of those or all of them should know how to do html's, play with the panel and etc... everyone knows the requirement for being admin...

Global mods are 2 like always.. (they're like admins in terms of enforcing law... the only difference is admins are higher and admins have access to the admin panel..)
and mods are usually 3... mods are for specific purposes such as approving, answering questions of the members, moving topics to their appropriate places and etc..

it's a pyramid style thing, with having more mods than admins...

see.. thats why hina is the admin and not me.. lol xD
though i really want to learn this xDDDD

I think maybe the world leaders should stay Admins or maybe mod's? hah. I know I'm always changing certain things for FMA world. Plus, I know how to work the panel rather well. Plus.... PEOPLE FEAR ME. XD sure, not really.

If Kei and Kumori/ Naminea Herotin are admins or mods, feel free to remove them. Because that's just me... and I'm an admin on this profile :b

@Hina Actually, to clear it up, there should be three head admins. Though many don't know this, Senko, Naruhi and I have travelled from a few sites together, as we were really close posting buds and kept a few sites alive before I had an untimely car problem. Many dont know this because we rarely are seen posting together with our mains. This site is the three of ours, Senko first(Founder), then Naruhi and I(Co Founders/Head Admin). Thats the only reason I freely call this site mine when Im on other sites recruiting..

@Ravine, the Guild of Leaders is the name of the other site's administration. Come up with cool names for our administration and the admin can vote on the one they like best..

@Natsuki...yes bc of your incredible Admin Panel knowledge you can stay admin, even though your official position can be smaller if you want it that way..

choosing the admins are easy anyway since you can see in the Admin Panel those who contributed a lot in the site and continued to change things here and there. in case anyone doesn't know,,, General -> Forum -> Security... scroll down and you'll see those who played with the Admin Panel.. XD

and it doesn't matter who the head admins are anyway since they basically have the same right and responsibilities as the others... though I'd have to change the Admin widget in our portal later when everything's decided.

now choosing the 5 mods will be tricky.. (2 global, 3 mods).. and I suggest we move/create a topic in the Administration section while we decide and agree who will be who... ^^
