What's a guy gotta do around here?

*he stared at the bullitan board and thought in the back of his mind blankly* oh man, this is ridiculous, why am i even at this college if i'm not doing anything....my grades are getting lower by the day uuuuuhhhhhhhhhgggggg!!!!! i gotta start focusing more *he picked up his guitar case and slung the strap around his shoulder giving a big sigh and lowering his head* this school is shit anyways..... *he turned from the board rather irritated and walked down the admission offices halls*

-Lacey, having a love for alchemy, finds herself in the academy, coming from time to time to do research on alchemy by using the schools vast library. Due to her recent sadness involving an incident back in Konoha, she needed a getaway. She was walking with her head down a bit, not noticing the man with a guitar strolling down the same hall. A slight bump occurs between the two, knocking Lacey out of her trance. She was a tough 15 year old, so Yokiro would feel like he was bumping into a person with some strength.- "Oh excuse me sir...." -She said politely, throwing her hand up in apology, her green hair flowing as she walked.-

*yoki found himself being knocked to the side with a rather impressive force and assumed it to be a man* hey what's tha big idea.... *he turned and saw the flowing green hair attatched to the head of a young girl* umm......lady? no way she was the one who pushed me did you happen to see some guy running down this hallway?

-Lacey looked akwardly at the man, for she was the one who hit and even apologized to him.- "Um sir, I apologized for bumping into you....it was me you ran into.." -On the inside she kind of laughed, for she didnt realize that she bumped him that hard. She awaited the reply of the apparent musician, sparked interest towards his guitar.-

maybe my guitar threw me off balance, yea, that's probably what it was *he looked around the hallway to make sure she wasn't messing with his head, while at the same time brushing off his shoulder* then... i guess i should be the one..... *looks around one more time* apologizing...

-Lacey shrugged, not really worried about his apology. She is now interested in his guitar, never really ever getting the chance to meet one in person.- "So I see you play guitar. I've always been fond of music. Are you heading to a performance??" -Lacey strikes conversation, trying her best to be poite to him for her actions. She wasnt sure how he would take to her. She was dressed rather odd, still in her ninja outfit and clad wioth swords all over her.-

*he finally looked over the woman and noticed her odd attire, however she looked very dangerous, perhaps she was part of a cosplay act* umm no actually, i just play around in my spare time. *he pats his guitar* old matches and i got some history between us though, she was my first and i promised her that she couldn't be replaced. why is she so interested in my guitar, it strikes me as slightly odd........plus she's an obvious cosplay fiend

-Lacey giggled a bit at his reference to his guitar, finding it a bit humorous. She couldn't help but feel he thought strangely of her. She didn't mind, she just wanted to hear him play.- "Can you play for me? I can't say I've seen a live guitarist play..." -She was a bit childish about it, as smart as she was she was a sucker for simple entertainment.-

*he looked around for a chair and sighed* i suppose i could play something *he sat down on the floor and sat his guitar case behind him, he unsnapped it, then pulled out his guitar and layed it across his lap*

-Lacey leaned against the hallway wall, resting her right hand on the hilt of her Thunder Sword, letting the left press against the wall. She looked at him, waiting for him to play a song for her. She took a deep breath as she waited to hear him, looking down at him, he now being below her eye level.-

*he looked at her once then took a deep breath and held the guitar in position, he then began to play the intro to Simple Man*

-Lacey heard the sweet melody play throughout the hall. She felt a bit goosebumpy from the harmony, something she hadnt felt before. It must have been the thrill of live performance that made her get the tingling in her arms. She listened, the tune sweet, heavy and heart felt as he began.-

well momma told me....*he plays the riff* when i was young... *he continued to sing the song as he played putting as much emotion in his voice as he can muster*

*Is leaving a classroom after teaching* Hmm.. *hears the music* Ooho? *begins walking towards it* I wonder what that is? *senses a familiar prescence nearby, along with a new one*

-Lacey listens to him sing, the projection of his voice in perfect tune with the melody. It truly was a rush to hear someone sing live, even more so since she was the only audience at the time. She stayed against the wall, the music livening her spirits.-

*peeks around a corner and sees Lacey, along with a new face* Hmmm... *silently watches*

*he played a nice melodic guitar solo before fading out to silence,he then lifted hid head to see a face peeking around a corner, his nerves getting the better of him,he sighed and began to put the guitar away*

-Lacey claps for him as he wraps up what for her, was the first live performance she has heard. With a smile, she finishes, talking to him about his performance.- "I liked it..no loved it. Your a natural at it I can tell. What are you doing wasting your days in an alchemy school?" -She asks, curious to know. She is now standing straight up from the wall, looking at him.-

-he shrugged and stood up- I dunno, I'm no alchemist for sure, but I had to go to school somewhere, at least that's what my mother said. -he threw the uitar around his shoulder and scratched the back of his head- i prolly won't be here long anyways, I'm failing hardcore

You wouldn't fail if you just tried... or asked for help. Alchemy isn't something you can just know. You have to be willing to learn. *sighs, walking out from around the corner*

*he hung his head slightly now finally knowing the secret specators identity* that's the thing, i don't want to learn alchemy.

*looks at him* ....then don't. It's that simple.

well it's too late to change that major anyways. *he turns from both of them* i really gotta get goin now, my mom's expecting me home soon.

*bites my lip* hmmm... *sighs* Very well... havea good night... *turns and walks down the hall*

-Lacey runs to Natsuki, calling her name.- "Natty!" -She yells, catching up to her. She runs to her left side. Lacey looks up to Natsuki and smiles.- "What are you doing here? Your usually involved in crazyier things than colleges..." -Lacey rests her hand on her Thunder Sword as she walks.-
