Its time for a new tournament! Who has the right to call themselves, Ultimate Master? (Wanted to put Ultimate Hero, But there are villains out there XD)

Rules:

• 1. Only 1 Character per User.
  
• 2. No Death Matches (UNLESS! Both parties agree to it.)
  
• 3. Fight Throughout The Worlds, Matches will be set up by me or someone else.

Before that, am i able to ask a question? Obviously, the winner of this tournament will earn the title of being the Ultimate Master, right? And so, members will be eager to earn this title and will fight desperately until the end, which is a good thing. However, you can't possibly remove the fact that there are members that will GOD MOD (is the spelling correct? XD) in this battle. Some will not even notice that they are actually being a GOD MOD. Or like no one is getting injured or being defeated. I mean let's face it, we all wanted to win, we all wanted to have that title, but as said earlier, sometimes we unintentionally GOD MOD ( including me T.T). Oh and one more thing, no one will admit that they lost, they will just keep battling and evading, resulting in an endless battle. So, I'd like to hear what you guys have to say and propose some ideas.

Thats why me and the Teme (Nasuke) will be watching over the maches, if we find something we deem out-lawed, we'll let the fighters know. if it continues, the fight will go to the one that god-moded the least, or just end in a draw.
