(minor suggestion) favicon!!

here's the code. and now i'm sure it will work.

it's basically a spinning shuriken. for those who doesn't know what favicon is, it's the small picture in the side of the site address. currently, we have the green square dialogue like favicon. so i'm suggesting we change it into that spinning shuriken one.
