in a bar...

Genki got up and dumped her beer on Dominic "Dont poke you nose into other peoples business." She said with coldness and uncaring she did something rude. After pouring the last bit onto Dom's head she grabbed her coat and left the bar. "People can be so nosy...and I don't even know the guy! Who the hell is he?! How the hell does he know?! Argh!" She said outside mad and angry at the stanger as she walked briskly down the street. "Goddamnit...." She sighed rubbing her forehead as she stopped in the middle of the sidewalk leaning on the street light a block and a half from the bar.

Genki turned around still mad and then now confused. "What?" SHe asked confused wondering what he is talking about. She didnt want to talk to him now she wasn't ready for that talk yet. Its been too long for her. Her hand subconciously went for her necklace and gripped it hard until her knuckles turned white still starin at Haji.

*stops playing feeling her tense up* it's alright, to be frightened by something you're unsure of. *looks over at her* sorry if i startled you, miss. *starts to re-gather my things*

"What did you...mean by 'I could've asked you?'" Genki asked him still holding onto her necklace staring at him.

*smiles* if i remembered who i was. *packs up the guitar and then throws it on my back* and the answer i can only give is, i'm not sure if i should. *holds out hand for a friendly shake* perhaps things are better like that.

Genki grabbed his hand then intertwined hers with his making the shake into holding hands. "You should know who you were, your past, your story, but even if you do know about that you dont have to be it again thats all I can say..." As she drew away inside his hand was her necklace and inside was a picture. A picture of them on their wedding day. Then she disappeared.

*stares at the picture for a while before closing the necklace and squeezing back the tears he turns and walks away*

-I sigh and wipe the whiskey from my face. I cant imagine the sadness from their pain but only hope that things will be ok. I pay my tab and walk out the door. I look up at the stars as I walk.- ''Haji....im sorry old friend....'' -I say to myself as I continue to walk through the night.-
