OOC: Dunce question, but earlier when you mentioned intel, what was that referring to again? Or is it just to find out the Akatsuki's enemies and allies ahead of time like you also said before. Not sure how this is going to work since Tazu is the leader of the world. Ooc: the advantage meaning you know what he's capable of and you know how to handle him. So if you were to encounter him you would be able to hold your own against him if necessary. It was mainly just added in the convo to get your character enthusiastic bout going

BIC: I heard from a ninja spy that a certain amount of people from the DBZ World are very skilled at utilizing "different" Taijutsu and Ninjutsu techniques at the same time, but that tends to attract a lot of attention quickly. If I run into even one of these "Saiyans," the mission would fail. Somehow, I gotta get to Tazu completely incognito in this huge world...
