so ok, ive been readin a lot of posts and OMG, we dodge 99% of the time...

So can i ask what can we do to lessen evading???

well uhm,, i used the wrong word... im not complaining... i was just wondering if we could put a minimum to how many ultra great jutsus we can have... cuz, we have a lot of 'em... even me(killua character, but he's akatsuki, so its up to you guys if you want some chars to be over powered).. :) LOL LOL

like i saw somebody have chidori and rasengan... both are uber strong jutsus.. so, uhmm... i forgot who, but i think i saw two people have 'em... im not complaining... im just asking if we could put a restraint to strong jutsus.. :)
