    although i agree Its not by 100%. I think in some cases a temporary organization may need to be assembled to take down a certain threat...however I dnt want to see someone the leader of more than one. That would be an issue. However I can also see how this could get out of hand...

    "Out of hand" alone would serve as a reason for this not to be approved. It's a good idea, but unfortunately, most of these ideas seem to end up... badly.
