Okay, before I go with my 2weeks absent, I can't just leave this pageant like this, so, midori, I suggest you do it like this.
All members submit their entries for the pageant. Wait until a week or 2 weeks before the semi-finals selection so that we have alot of entries.
Semi-finals selection:
Every member will choose 2 candidates each for MR. and Miss Pageant for the finals. Then, to avoid majority flow and stuff, it's better if they PM it to you. After maybe 3 days or more, post in this thread the names of those who voted and their votes. (A candidate for the pageant can't vote for their own.)

Kyozhiro:
Mr Pageant- Zero and Dominic
Ms. Pageant - Midori and Kei
Midori:
Mr Pageant- Kyozhiro and Senko
Ms. Pageant- Natsuki and Hanako
and etc. From this, we can tally the finalist for the pageant.
Finals:
The candidates for the finals MAY submit a better entry for the pageant. Then, the same process - PM, post in this thread after 3or more days (when enough members have voted), and tally. Though ofcourse, the members will only vote ONE mr. pageant and ONE ms. pageant. The finalists can only vote EITHER in the mr. or ms. pageant depending on what they're in. For example, I'm a finalist (just an example) for mr. pageant, then I can only vote in the ms. pageant. For example again, if Midori is finalist in the pageant, she can only vote in the mr. pageant.
The prize: it's up to you. But if it were me who organized this, I think the prize will be Ryo since the members searched hard for good pictures. Also, they can use the title Mr. Anime Alliance or whatever.
